An Inspirational Short - 'Creativity'

There's a constant need to express. To create, to give, to do, to help, ...to live. Life is not what you get, but what you give. That's how the seed of life planted within us, grows. The beauty within you is there, but how can you or anyone else see this beauty, if it is hidden.

God is a creative god. He is the ultimate artist. Creating the universe and mankind is just a small part of his art portfolio. He is the great musician, He is the great constructor, who commands the universe to move and work through cycles and glow. The great commander, who controls the storms, the wind, the rain. He is the great designer, of the beautiful sky, the oceans and lands, animals, nature and human beings. He is the great healer and inventor, creating human flesh. With its self sufficiency and healing mechanisms, capabilities and senses.  He is the great poet, lover and writer. He is more than words can explain. Its easy to say that God is extremely creative. Not only is he creatively complex, but He is the ultimate giver. He gave the ultimate gift, His life; his son, when Jesus died on the cross. Sometimes we don't realize how profound his actions were. He was martyred for something greater than himself. There are so many ways for us to give and because I love and long after what's within me, I know God has given us talents and a heart for beautiful purposes. It would be non-sense to say that we don't have some of his creativity. He implanted us with that desire. Its a beautiful topic. To give, is showing love. Not only can we give practically and usefully, but have we thought that are giving can be done creatively. I believe that this world could be impacted greatly if believers got out of the closet with their creativity.

We may not all be the best artists, or writers, or musicians, but God innovates and gives us what we need, to be able to give back.

I grew up loving and doing art and music. Creative at heart, my mother always encouraged my creativity, even though she never believed she had the same traits. Now I am 28 and still to this day, she says she is not creative, but I disagree. My father started his own business 20years ago, taking something so simple and making it his own. He doesn't claim to be "artistic" but took a simple can of Coca-Cola and turned it into a work of art. He now supports my family working at Farmer's Market's and Craft shows, selling recycled can's of soda and has turned them into F-14 jets, bi-planes, windmills and sailboats. My mother 20years ago also an entrepreneur, has had many different home businesses; from selling children's clothing and books at swap meets and Ebay, to creating a large business selling christian band t-shirts and posters. She sold at fairs, concerts and big venues. Her ideas and dreams came from prayer and faith; God can do anything!
I believe there are many forms of creativity, it could be creating your own business, writing a song, painting a masterpiece, or even putting a smile on someone's face.
Creativity can not be narrowed down to an art piece or a song writer, but it can be anything that impacts or can help the world. Many people have a misunderstanding of what art really is. I BELIEVE ANYONE WITH AN IDEA, IS CREATIVE. But, most people get stopped in their tracks, when they begin something and never finish it. The key is to be faithful with what you began. Finish what you start! Success is in the eye of the beholder. God is the ultimate giver and he will provide you with all that you need to be successful, diligent and creative. To complete anything is a success. That is our job. He gives us the ideas, now we must do something with them.

Start looking at yourself as one of God's counterparts. He has given us the tools; our spirits, our minds, our hearts, our senses and knowledge to move forward in the future. We are to succeed in this life. Not for the love of money and pride, but to live fruitfully in the nature of who He has made us to be.

ITS A BEAUTIFUL TOPIC...
